SALT LAKE CITY — It was Jim Gaffigan who sagely said, “If it’s so great outside, why are all the bugs trying to get inside my house?” And as much as we Utahns love the outdoors, we have to admit he has a point: We don’t appreciate enough the comfort and luxury of simply being indoors.
